There are no fees charged to you if you choose us as your agent in your search for a new home. THE SELLER OF THE HOME YOU PURCHASE PAYS THE FEES FOR OUR SERVICES! It's like having someone working for you for free. We do require that you to be pre-qualified by a mortgage professional before we go into other individual's homes, but we can email you listing with a certain area if you are in the initial phases of your home search.

Selling

J. E. CLARK real estate brokers and sales associates have been well trained and possess the expertise necessary to guide you through the process of selling your home. We charge a commission for selling your home that is competitive with the rates of other companies. This commission is split between our company and the company who represents the person who buys your home. We also can offer tips for small improvements that can help you get top dollar for your home. Potential buyers from across the country will be able to view the details of your home from their computer.
